When most other agencies I spoke with only offered one option and said sorry, thats how much its going to be; Ozark looked at a variety of options and helped find the best coverage at about half the cost.

She was so thorough, and thoughtful. Regina explained everything in detail of those things that I needed additional information about. Regina was so professional and kind. I told her I would be coming into the office in a few days. On Monday, (today) I was able to go into the Ozark office. I met Regina for the first time. She introduced me to Sarah who looked at my information and further explained everything to me. Sarah was also thorough and very understanding.I am taking the time to write the review because they deserve the recognition and a raise. Seriously, if you go into Ozark ask for these two ladies.
