1 /5 Ryan Taylor: Stylists in the salon are incapable of providing advertised services. The quality of customer service was abysmal, being that I had a scheduled appointment and was told after waiting 45 minutes that they wouldn’t be able to give me a hair cut because they lacked the skill to do so. I’ve gotten my hair cut before here with no issue several times before in the past, so this experience was quite jarring. The level of communication, care, customer service and the overall ability to provide advertised services is terribly poor. Having to wait 45 minutes to essentially be turned away just added insult to injury.

5 /5 Monica Guillory: I met Connie Voss, the salon manager over two years ago. A very dire call to her over my short, broken, damaged hair resulted in the Best hair of my adult life! Connie saved, rejuvenates and is continuing to grow my hair beyond belief! Because of what she does with my hair, I also started bringing my three daughters and little boy! Additionally, Connie has perfected my hair for every big event for over two years...weddings, work events, holidays, etc! We love Connie so much that we now drive over two hours every other week to make sure our styles and color are perfect! All the other stylists at this location have also become like family...Ken, Teidra, Mark, Chastity, Kelly, Chris, and Tasha! Even Store Manager Randall has become our friend!!! I would never steer you wrong! If you want the Best looks ever, book an appointment with my friends, who are more like family, ASAP! MARCH 29TH! OUR 3RD Hairaversary is here! How we love Connie!

1 /5 Trish: How is JCP allowing workers to work in the heat in this store? They were fanning themselves and customers were pouring sweat! Also the clearance section near the bedding was such a mess that I couldn’t even get to it . I had to end up leaving because of the heat. I will not be back this store until the A/C is fixed !

5 /5 Kel Mire: JcPenneys pretty much always has a damn good sale. Often their clothes are marked up to 80/90% ofd, especially at the end of seasons. Other than that expect to see 40-60% off. If you sign up for their emails, you will regular receive discounts or X amount of money off of X amount. They normally have similar coupons inn their circular ads. If you’re a JCP cardholder, you get even more money off of your purchases. As far as their register setups now, I’m half/half a fan of this. As they have done away with their upstairs customer service counter. So in the middle of the children’s section is returns, etc. Now where the original customer service counter is additional clearance . They definitely need more workers to maintain the store and man the registers, but this could be fault of management not hiring enough people, workers calling out, or something else. Lucky for them, their clearance in stores and online makes up for it for me, personally speaking.
