During our visit we spoke with probably 6 different employees at different times for different reasons. Without exception they were intelligent/fast on the uptake & well spoken, genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It must be a great place to work & with a good boss to have collected so many outstanding employees. We both liked the shop and my wife could have shopped for a couple of hours. On the other hand, I never shop anywhere. I go to buy & get out. ... But I really like the shop! Go & enjoy!

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. Rakhee Portune From start to finish, Jeff Parker was nothing short of exceptional! I started by letting him know it was for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and he said "Congratulations! Its well deserved!" I started out feeling so special! I told him my hands/fingers are small, and I just want a simple band with some diamonds, nothing over the top. I still wasnt quite sure what would look good, I mean, its been 25 years since I even looked at rings other than my original wedding ring and bands. He knew exactly what to show me and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I tried on several rings, narrowed it down to 4 styles for my husband to choose from.
