1 /5 Natalie Perkins: Went to have 2 bracelets and a ring cleaned today. I was told they dont offer cleanings during the weekend. Is this a new policy or was it made up by someone not wanting to do their job?

1 /5 Alicia Kilgore: Went into the store to make a purchase and to have my gold bracelet cleaned. I was informed that they did not clean jewelry on the weekend. On top of not being welcomed when I came into the store.Never experience this at any other Pandora store.

1 /5 R Ross: I don’t understand why you have to wait in the line of people who have not purchased anything yet just to pick up an online order. This Valentine’s Day was ruined because Pandora chose to make everyone wait in the same line. Won’t be purchasing again.

Or store manger make selections of charms ?? Not fun and exciting to have options of different PERSONAL charms to choose from. Its special to fill Our bracelets and Our family are years of Pandora wearing all ladies in our family have a bracelet with charms.need more charms. .and I wearer of jewelry necklaces rings earrings my go to place to send love ones for my gifts! ❤️ Please get back to me on do I need to shop different locations for charms or is this overall selection?
