1 /5 shinehart35: Stay far far away from this place especially their same as cash option it was not disclosed to me that even if you were one day late that voids your same as cash option. I payed over what I needed each month for early pay off and they still voided my cash option. This place needs better management

1 /5 Aleasha Thevenot: Very rude lazy workers especially Kaylee! I paid them off 3 weeks ago… but apparently it was my “job” to call them and to request my title back. They said they “received the payment, but couldn’t tell it was a title loan”. Would it have hurt to look it up? Now they’re saying they’re going to request it and now I have to wait another 2 weeks and I should be cool with that?! There’s no way! You’re there to do a job! DO YOUR JOB! They all want to have an attitude because I’m upset. I have every right to be. Jeremy was so rude as well I thought he was nice but apparently not today! This place will never get my business again!

1 /5 Judy Jenkins: These people are a nightmare! If you make them angry they come up with extra "fees". The West Monroe location is extremely nice so if you have to use them, use the West Monroe location.

4 /5 Louis-Anthony McDaniel: I havent had a loan with them in 4 years, but, the staff at the Monroe location was very helpful at the time. They whitened with me even when I would miss a payment. I may need that type of help again soon.

5 /5 Herbert Ford: They are a great group of ladies very helpful. Up beat soul. Great customer service. I will return whenever in need of a loan.
