1 /5 Tremaine Wise: I went today because I needed some extra just to pay my car insurance and this lady treated me like I was a crime by telling me my check didn’t look right and almost was saying in so many word like I wasn’t going to pay it back questioning my references .. Made me feel so unease to my knee I didn’t like the way she was questioning me like I was doing a bank loan in which I get it but her customer service sucks I’ve been sitting here for a hour and there nobody in here but me

1 /5 Aubriana Herbert-Colar: How can my application be denied when you never received any of my information ? Hilarious . The response to this is shocking actually considering the other hundreds of negative reviews as well. While the risk is too great it wasn’t explained in email either. However also stating the reasons of being denied via an online review rather then email tells me every thing I needed to know as well. Wishing prosperity to you as well.

1 /5 King Chuck: My experience was horrible!!! I went in at 1:30pm, had to leave at 2:20pm because a lady came in while the representative was working on my application. The lady had plenty questions and I went up to the window and ask how long would it take to complete my application, the representative told me right after she help the lady that just walked in while she was working on my application. I thought that was unprofessional because she told me to wait and have a seat until she was finish with the young lady before me. The representative told me I can leave and come back when she call me. I only got a call to ask about one of my reference. I had to come back to the office because I didn’t hear anything since that phone call. Returned back to the office to sit for 1 hour and a half to see her provide services to other and tell me I am denied. No explanation. Horrible service!!

1 /5 angelique robinson: I didnt think they were professional. They denied my loan without explaining why. I didnt receive any of my paperwork back which is a red flag for me. I asked to speak with a manager, the manager wasnt available. This unacceptable business practices.
