Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. I will Include a before and after of my watch below.

A P All of the jewelry inside was top notch and of high quality. Looks to be GIA certified pieces inside , and a watch collectors favorite in the back half, he’s a certified Franck Mueller dealer in Louisiana and Texas , he also carried vintage and current Rolex , Omega, IWC , Patek Phillipe , and Bruguet . I believe the plaque outside of his shop translates to that he is an honorary Italian consulate location too. Out of the requests of the signs around his shop I did not take any photos or videos. But it’s definitely worth a look.

Miranda Ashton Great place. I bring all of my jewelry repairs here. Watch batteries are very affordable with little to no wait time. Beautiful decor, nice employees, and the best service. I highly recommend this place for all jewelry needs.

Jeff Raybon Mr Musso is the best! He custom handcrafted my dad’s thumbprint on a pendant with diamonds around it… i would not trust anyone to make a pendant as special as this…. See attached picture. He is timely, professional and very fairly priced! Thank You Mr Johnny!!

Karen Fiscus I was referred to Sumners by a friend and I really do like this place! I have been going to them for almost two years for all of my jewelry repair. The turnaround time is usually three days or less. I recently bought a gold chain for a Christmas gift and the price was very reasonable. I refer everyone I know to Sumners because I like working with individuals instead of chains like Kay or Zales.
