The employees are very hospitable they take their time with the customers and they do they best to keep their customers happy and try they hardest to make sure their customers have affordable insurance. Jonathan Patterson Luke was incredibly helpful and personable. Made sure I was fully aware of all coverage options without being pushy about upselling. I appreciated his thorough explanations of the options while also being mindful of the price point I was most comfortable with. Not only were we able to save a good bit over our previous provider but Lukes warmth and attentiveness made our conversation feel much more like an actual conversation rather than a sales pitch. Really appreciated him and made the daunting task of switching insurance carriers a whole lot less stressful.
