Kenny Junn While looking for a State Farm insurance agent, We came across the Michael Smith Insurance Agency and decided to make an appointment. We called the agency and the call was quickly answered by a nice lady who introduced herself as Claudia and she quickly set up a date and time for us to speak with Mike Smith. On our appointment date, We arrived at the office and the person who set up our appointment, Claudia, met us with a smile and proceeded to introduce us to Michael Smith. Mr Smith spent an entire hour with us answering questions on coverages and offering suggestions for both our automobile and home policies. We left the agency knowing that this would be the right insurance agency for our family. The pleasantness and professionalism of Mr Smith and his entire team is admirable. We highly recommend the Michael Smith Insurance Agency for insurance needs both new policies or a review of existing policies.
