1 /5 chuck clement: Went in to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Front desk was having a conversation with someone in the lobby. They never acknowledged me, said "I will be with you in a moment " good morning anything. I dont expect you to drop what you are doing but if that is how Im greeted as a potential customer how will I be treated when I have a claim. So after a minute or two standing there listening to the conversation I left.
1 /5 alex ok.: These people will charge you 800 dollars just to change your policy to a different car and then lie about it. I guess they’re not doing well and need to make up for it by scamming young drivers. They also do not communicate when your insurance rates will go up. Just go with progressive or state farm, they will quote you for half the price that these people will.

The first thing I said is that I will be the caretaker of the property and we will use it as a family gathering place (my mom and one sister live on either side) but I will be the one there taking care of it. She was rude and after I said I will be living there but working from and apartment in another city she said that I already stated it would be a family gathering place. I said yes, with me being the one that stays there but we all have ownership. She again stated that if I was not there all the time that I could not get insurance. Do they not insure for off shore workers or people who travel? Why so rude? I wouldnt trust them with my homeowners.
5 /5 Anne Robichaux: Easy to file a claim. Prompt phone call returns. Made an unpleasant accident simple to get fixed. I have used Farm Bureau since the 90s and have had great service all these years.

98 reynosa (reynosa98) We had our evaluation done in mid September and received the settlement check in mid October. Casey was our adjuster and he was friendly and very thorough. Jeff Miller Contacted Amanda Hotard, at Glen Liuzza Allstate office for a quote. I was contacted the next day by phone but I was busy at work. She emailed the quote and then reached out to me after 5 pm by phone. Of course, the quote was accepted. I also spoke to Kristy Strauss about different options and another couple of policies and she stayed on the phone with me after 5 pm and successfully and patiently helped me with my questions and requests.
