GO AUTO NEVER answers the phone so you cant get anything done with them, their app and website is trash you cant even add a vehicle!!! Yet they ALWAYS accepting your payment FAST!

Woody Gregoire Called for 2 days straight without a return call, emailed agent and received no reply either. Once I was able to speak with agent Ms. Thigpen informed there was a family emergency and agency closed for a few days. Ms. Thigpen, thanks for replying back to complete updating insurance info! Customer service is very important and Thigpen Agency deserves 5 stars!!

Sunshine Martinez I made my insurance payment over the weekend 6/20/25, but the payment didnt show up in the system. I called Freeway and spoke with several people but all they could tell me was that they didnt see the payment. I received a text stating that my insurance was canceled so I panicked and went into a local office. I explained my situation to Jen and she immediately gave me peace of mind saying that the company was aware of the situation. She told me to email her my proof of payment and she will take care of everything and contact me when everything is fixed. She did just that ! She emailed me later in the day to let me know that she submitted the ticket, and she contacted me this morning to confirm that everything was correct and I indeed have car insurance. The thing that pleased me was that she told me what she was going to do and kept her promise. Give Jen a raise she deserves it good customer service should be rewarded!
