lisa Nugent Richard Stock, my agents office in Colfax La., has a young man working for him named Thomas Gralapp. This young man went above and beyond to answer all my questions about a recent claim. With in minutes he resolved my problems with claims, car rental issues, vehicle repairs, and several questions I had concerning a claim! He was very personal, approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional! Thank you for everything!! He sure made it easy!!!

Lynn H This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with an insurance agency. From the person who answered the phone to the person I got transferred to. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job! I will absolutely recommend this insurance company to anyone looking. Keep up the phenomenal job!

Andrew Lyon I am currently in the the process of moving into a off campus apartment at LSU. I worked with Anthony Torregrossa to acquire renters insurance. Anthony was a huge help throughout the whole processes was quick to respond when I needed assistance and even reached out to my landlord regarding any questions that I was not able to clarify. Anthony was also very personable and felt the experience was more of a friend helping a friend and felt a initial trust through the whole process. When I mentioned I would be obtaining a car he was quick to let me know all of my options and was laying out the details right away leaving no questions on my end because of how well Anthony laid everything out.
