I call in for all my insurance needs (add a truck, remove a car, lost my proof of ins., homeowners policy questions, etc.) and Kim is top notch in customer service. She really knows her stuff and has always been kind and helpful. When I have payment issues I get to talk with Ms. Linda and she has always figured it out. I highly recommend this office.
