1 /5 Kristal DeCoux: Im not a customer and I dont see anywhere on the website to leave this feedback so Ill leave it here. The mailer I received today with a photo of the front of my house and both my cars in the driveway is incredibly creepy. Maybe think twice about mailing someone a photo of their own home when trying to sell insurance.

She was astute, interested in working out all the details I through her way, and she was professional with following up with me in a respect manner. Although, I didnt purchase this go around, her approach and treatment of me leaves the door open for future opportunities/renewals that Ill be checking in with her OR her following up with me because shes organized and follows through on what she says shell do :) I recommend this agency and giving the staff a visit!
