Afterwards, I never felt like I had a direct contact; various people would respond. A year later, my insurance rate more than doubled, and I was informed via a snail mail letter sent to my home, which left me very little time to find an alternative. (This was just as everyones rate was starting to up when the hikes werent as common knowledge.) The new agent I eventually found was very proactive and gave me informal assessments, emailed frequently, and went over alternatives at length.
