5 /5 Dr Gabriel Hood: I’ve visited Brian Cook’s business on three separate occasions and it was nothing but professional and excellent service each and every time! His location can handle title transfers, and/or get your license plate and registration issued while you wait…..if this were the DMV, or a government run business, you’d be waiting literally hours, but NOT here! I was able to get my title transferred within 25 minutes. I had all of my documents ready because I knew what to expect and I was out within my lunch break! I appreciate the professionalism your ladies show in your office! They were very patient and courteous to an elderly women that couldn’t hear very well! This spoke volumes to the professionalism your company is established upon! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!

5 /5 Geronimo Hightower: I got a new drivers license in less than 20 min. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Also, I bought a car from someone who didnt have a title to the car...only a bill of sale. The lady who helped me was able to get a fresh title and go through with title transfer. You wont be disappointed with their services.

2 /5 Sean Stevens: This place was recommended to me by my bank, I would have done better to find someone who can notorized documents myself than use this business. I called 15 minutes after their opening time. Explained what I needed and was quoted a price. Was told to call them at 11:30am and let them know I was on my way. I did what I was asked and at 11:45am I signed the check-in book with all the information they wanted. Their waiting room was full so I was asked to wait in my car, which I did. And thats what I did for 35 minutes was wait. Finally the waiting room empty out and I went inside to wait my turn for 15 additional minutes. Then I was informed that the person whom Ive been waiting for (the notary) left the office 30 minutes previously and went to the east bank. I had to go to their parking lot, find a different notary where I ended up having to pay $15 dollars more. What a waste off my time and this company ended up costing me more money dealing with the unprofessionalism from this company and their employees. An all around horrible experience with them.

5 /5 Buffy Abalos: I have used his services a few times in the past year he is always professional and friendly. I even compared his prices with his competition and he is the cheapest one. I have always been in and out quickly. I cant say enough great things about him.
