5 /5 Michael Sinegal: Scotty Doucet Statefarm office is amazing . Recently I was in an accident and someone total loss my vehicle , they did an amazing job assisting me through the whole process . Whitney was there for me every step of the way. Even after when I added my new vehicle and another car to the policy she took care of me . Even outside of these measures on a daily basis Whitney does and amazing job at assisting me with my day to day needs. Lacey in the office always assist the best as well and of course Mrs. Jill is great as well. Thanks again as always for being and amazing team.

I got an accident “at fault” and my claim was handled in a timely fashion with all amenities covered such as vehicle rental, unlimited mileage, and accommodations for easily receiving my payout so I can obtain a new vehicle. The Staff at Scotty Doucet‘s office is fabulous, especially Whitney. She was a great help And I look forward to continuing to work with with them and her specifically. Thanks State Farm! My new car below :)
