Kent Ms. Lacour and her staff take care of business. I dont ever have to keep track of when Im due for semi-annual payment because Ill always receive an email reminder one month prior to due date with quotes attached. Very friendly and eager to assist. Their actual place of business is a 90 minute drive from where I live. I could go to someone closer to home but I wouldnt get the service that I receive from Ms. Wendy Lacours Insurance.

They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner.
