We switched and added a new driver. Our policy amount stayed the same with very similar coverage. Gerry was there for us a few months ago when my wife was rear-ended by a non insured driver. She was upset, and he said a prayer for her on the phone. A true gentleman. We recently had an issue with a snapshot device acting up. A quick phone call at 6 pm, and he had it handled in minutes. Gerry has gone above and beyond for my family. He is great to interact with. He is quick with answers, and if he doesnt know, give him a few, and I guarantee he will find out for you. I was very happy I switched to him. 10 out of 10 stars & highly recommend.
