From the very beginning when we spoke to Jason, who helped us get everything we needed and was patient with all of our questions, to Ashley who is a joy to work with and speak with over the phone, you really feel like part of the family when you interact with this office in any way. And even when theyre not in the office, their responses are prompt and complete with the information you need, and I know they will always do their best to make you the best offer they can. We switched from another insurance situation that was not great to say the least, and working with David Andersons office has been more than a breath of fresh air, it was a gasp of astonishment too! Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!
