Matthew Wuollet Ive been insured with Joey and Country Financial for a couple of years now. He and his team have always been very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. I live in MN, and hes in Illinois, and the distance hasnt created a single issue. Theyre always quick to answer questions or add a vehicle to my policy when I reach out to them. I have homeowners, vehicles, personal insurance, and more through him. You will not be disappointed if you chose to work with Joey and his team, theyre a good group.

Nathan Hill I have been going to this bank for so many years to check in my trust fund money every month and had no issues, YEARS! All of a sudden I have seen a couple new people and this woman (I dont remember her name) wont cash in my trust fund checks because "it has a later date" and they would get in "trouble" for it. I dont understand if that is the case why has no one else stopped me and I still see the same people working there years later to this day?!?! I have things to pay for asap towards the end of the month and I dont have time to wait if I have the checks. I tried explaining to her and still wont listen. I now have to avoid this place to go to a further one because of the "date" which makes me sad and upset because I really like some of the people there but now I dont feel comfortable going back there if I have a later date on my check compared to when I get it at home. This has been going on for a couple months and this is ridiculous. I dont mean to be a male Karen and I am usually chill but I need my money and clearly it isnt an issue because I have always done this for years. This is really weird for me from the new women. I am sorry but now I dont feel comfortable going to this branch and I really like the women I met who had worked there for years. They have been so kind, welcoming, gentle and heart warming and that is why this gets 3 stars. If they stopped working there I would change it to a 1 star. The man who I assume is the boss seems really good as well which is also why this gets a 3 star. Thank you all for those who have been there for so many years who know me. You all have been great and thank you for all of your hard work. ♥️

Michelle Cochran Ive used Banterra Bank for 20+ years and have had positive experiences every time Ive been there. All of the employees are super nice and helpful, especially Cina she goes above and beyond to help me with any questions that I have.

Jay Krajniak Great group of gals working here, not the least bit snobby. They were willing to help me out a young man trying to start a family. Intrest rates are a little higher but if you cant get a loan anywhere else this great group of people will work with you to help you out!

Natasha Lott I absolutely love the ladies there. They are thorough. Their communication is outstanding. Everything goes so well with them.

Ian Reinhart Scott is always willing to take calls and goes above and beyond when servicing his clients. Couldnt ask for more.
