5 /5 Judah Navarro: Misty was incredibly helpful! Had me outta there in less than 25 minutes! I was in shock how quick she got my taxes done. Amazing customer service from a Walmart kiosk if I’m completely honest.

1 /5 Joe Kircher: Ive been coming to this location for the better part of 10 years and today is the last time. I called the Salem office to see if I needed to make and appointment and was told that Vandalia didnt do appointments. So we headed the 20 min. into Walmart and sat down on the bench. This was at about 4:40. There was one person getting taken care of so I figured it would be no problem getting the taxes done today. At about 5:00 the lady asked if we were waiting for her and gave us the form to fill out. At about 5:15 another lady walked in and stood around waiting and about this time the tax lady got done so we walked over. The lady that came in well after us walked over as well and said she had a 5:00 appt. We told the tax lady that we were told that there wasnt appt at this location and were told well she is here and that if we wanted to wait around she would be there till 6. Like i said before always had good service and never really cared about the price but when you waste my time is where I draw the line. I will tell everyone I know that this year is not the year to go to Vandalia.

5 /5 Jacob Hart: I have had my taxes done by Jackson-Hewitt out of Walmart in Vandalia for three years running and I have never had an issue. Both ladies that have helped me not only were great at their job but actually had a personality and talked while I was waiting. I couldnt really ask much more.
