Edward Walter They are great bank to do business with! You are treated like $1 million customer no matter what size loan youre going for. They break down everything so you can understand it they work with you no matter how many questions you have! Definitely my go to bank from now on.

Jerrie Jordan I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture but financed it through Synchrony Bank. I have been paying on the bedroom set for 9 months, and my bill is still the same. Every time I call regarding this matter, I get the runaround. I have also contacted the BBB but have yet to have a resolution. Buyers be ware, this bank is a rip off. And, I dont want anyone else to experience what I am currently experiencing. I will never pay off this bedroom set because the bank refuses to deduct payments made to them, which is causing me much anxiety. For your own safety and protection, stay clear of this bank. I

I came in town to visted from Indiana and I stopped in since I was having issues with my zelle account and they were close to my hotel, but this place does not offer a public restroom for customers which is weird Ive never been to a bank that doesnt have a restroom for customers banking with them Smh! also not enough employees there bank becomes busy, no help.
