No “Hayhay10040” This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

Kimberly Martinez-Aiello Todd Weber was so wonderful! This was my first time shopping at Weber Jewelry and he was very kind when cleaning my engagement ring and it only took a few minutes to get it sparkling like new! He also helped me when purchasing a new gold watch for myself. He made sure to get a new battery placed in and he sized the watch to my very small wrist. He was so wonderful and I will definitely be coming again to look for my wedding bands!! Their selection is elegant and timeless. There is definitely something for everyone at great prices!!!

Musab Adam Moe and his mother were very sweet and showed me and my wife multiple items we were looking for then came Hamza from the back that adjusted the bracket I got for my wife and the bracket I got for myself. Angelica SO INSANELY HAPPY WITH MY RING!!! My fiancé came here from great recommendations from his brother and best friend, he came with the photo and simple details from some ring shopping we did from a chain Jewelery store, but this ring is so much better (literally quality/color/size of the diamond). My fiancé was really impressed and felt comfortable with this purchase because Mass made sure to educate him on all the jewelry quality standards, while working with his price point. There’s slight details that he added, that i didn’t even think about or was told about in other big chain stores. For example, the band is SO comfortable, i can sleep in it and wear it all day, and i don’t feel it. I have worn rings for years on many of my fingers but eventually i feel them and can’t wait to take them off at the end of the night, not this one! He also added the sweetest little diamonds around the settings beneath, such a sweet detail i didn’t think about but immediately noticed and loved. Lastly, the appraisal was sent promptly via email, making it easy and painless to get it insured right away. These 5 stars reviews are truely well deserved.
