Jennifer Sparks I had to go in to ask a question about a letter I received in the mail. I was honestly a little hesitant because of the reviews I had seen on here, but I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very polite and while I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the caseworker that came to talk to me was very polite and professional as well.

Laura Benz We have had a horrible experience with this company. We inherited money when my uncle passed away. It had been almost 3 years, many phone calls and even a lawyer and court. We still are fighting them to get ALL of our money. Poor communication. We had to fill out paper work multiple times because this has taken so long. Their customer service has been a headache.
