1 /5 Christopher Figueroa: Honestly, im sick and tired of old national. I wish first Midwest wasnt bought out. I didnt choose old national. I had no choice. Tried to refinance. My credit is good. Ive never been late on any payment. My debt to available credit ratio is solid. My debt to income is alright. My vehicle is worth more than the debt, but the reason I couldnt get approved from the underwriters was due to me changing employment recently. Was at a job for years before this new one. Ive had nothing but problems with old national since they bought Midwest and this was just the most recent.

1 /5 Ryan Digby: Been just an awful couple years at Old National after my account got switched from First Midwest. They refused to give me my money because my license was expired. Ludicrous!! Manager Diana Wilcynski should be fired for how she treated me!!

1 /5 Kevin Cox: Bank with them since I was young.Miss getting a loan because of 32 points on credit score. This after I have bought 2 vehicles and paid off another big loan at a loan company.Wow good on you.

2 /5 Matt Creed: Just got moved from First Midwest to here. Saturday wait times are in excess of 1 hour, just to make a deposit. Lines are ridiculous. They only ever have 3-4 people helping customers. They need to get more help inside the north Danville location. Online banking is a mess. I have been on the phone for over 2hrs now to check on a charge to my account that is not ours. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Jessi Biggs: The ONE STAR RARING,is only to be able to leave a review… I do not understand how two branches in the same town can be so grossly different in the way they handle customer service/transactions. The north vermilion branch is an absolute atrocity to the corporation, as a whole… their employees are rude, incapable and, go beyond their reach to be the least accommodating as they possible can, while rationalizing the behavior as “policy” (their words, not mine) This is one the WORST banks I have to deal with. Do NOT recommend Save your time and your money (fees are RIDICULOUS) Bank at a credit union
