1 /5 Don Skinner: Called on thursday was told I would get a callcack from agent. Did not receive call on friday and did not expect one over the three day weekend but did on tuesday. When I called back tuesday afternoon I was able to talk to the agent. When I called thursday the girl said she was new and she really did not have many answers to my questions. After about 30 minutes the call was disconncted. The agent told me he did not have any new employees and had no info on my request.
