1 /5 Andrew Gorrell: My resident wanted to replace her bank card as it came up missing and they told her they didnt have to replace it due to the fact she is living in a care facility and this is the 3 time this year it had to be replaced.

1 /5 Cathy Walls: This bank at one time was a customer friendly bank. Ive been banking with them for over 20 years & for the past several years they do nothing but nickle & dime you to death with all their fees. They are no longer a good place to help manage your money!
