3 /5 Courtney Hass: *update* working with the loan officer here has become a major headache. We do not live in the area and we’re very up front about everything. The loan officer was not up front about all the documents needed, which slowed down the process and now is telling us we can’t close virtually (as we were originally told we could). Super frustrated with the whole process.
Great customer service and very helpful loan officer but FNB did not hesitate to share my husband and Is phone numbers with third parties. We were spammed with phone calls and text messages immediately after applying for a loan.
