Blew my phone up back to back 3 days later “for updated information just to try to charge me extra and now is still texting me . Haven’t even made first payment and harassment is already started with LOUIS.

5 /5 Mario Figueroa: Rosa from the Joliet location was excellent from the first time I’ve gotten my insurance till now. She is phenomenal, Rosa is very professional and let’s you know what’s going on with your insurance. I highly recommend her if anyone need coverage

5 /5 Manuel Anthony: Great place and offers good prices. Rosa is very helpful and informative. The only thing I believe that needs an update is the website for Talro Insurance. Sometimes you can pay online and sometimes you cannot. The website is inconsistent and every now and then it does not recognize your QPS number even if you previously paid online with that exact number.

1 /5 Jacinda Richardson: I called to ask why wasn’t my insurance renewed as I requested when I called a month ago to change my plan to full coverage. The girl I spoke with didn’t know anything and couldn’t answer any of my questions, she put me on hold several times. I was transferred three times and the last person transferred me to the wrong department. I called back to back for 30 minutes DURING their business hours. I got no answer. I called all the way up until closing time so at that point I knew they were ignoring my phone calls because I called previously and they have my phone number on file. My issue was unresolved!
