1 /5 Whitney Dukeman: Before I take my business elsewhere after being a AAA member for 20 years, I’d like to leave a review. My policy was canceled today due to billing issue of their own making. There was no attempt to correct it or connect me with someone who could. I was told that by the end of the day someone would contact me. No one did. I’m not surprised. No one wants to deal with an angry customer and I am furious. I am extremely disappointed in how they treat decades-old customers - canceling policies and basically just ghosting them for what they call non-payment when the payment was made.
Since all insurance is a scam, I can’t recommend any other place for you to take your business. Just know that it’s good when it’s good but buyer beware when it’s not. They will not help you or respect you as the loyal, paying customer you are and have always been. Zero stars.
