I have a beginner English, I called your insurance company several times, but your agents were very cold to their work, they did not even want to listen to me, and then I asked a friend who speaks good English, he also called and told me that the agents were cold to their work and advised me to change the insurance company. And as soon as I wanted to change the insurance, your agent Mark wrote to me. He had previously helped me change my address in the insurance. We have been with Greg and County Financial for a few years and we are completely satisfied. Jane Baker I have at least a regular annual meeting with Alec. He is always available by phone or email for any questions/concerns. He has helped me update my property insurance coverage and take out a comprehensive policy. Most recently I had been thinking about getting life insurance. Alec pointed out how, at my age of 72, this was not a good option.
