1 /5 Tren Triplett: so i had been in contact with this guy ali i was referred to, I had a hold up in purchasing my general liability insurance for my 2010 dodge caravan but when i finally did i found out that my transmission was not working so i had to pull out of the deal, So i called this guy back a couple hours after i gave him $500 to start my policy and he was quite upset and handled the situation so unprofessional and told me i had to wait 24 hours to hear something, Horrible attitude Horrible customer service skills and i will never ever even consider dealing with this company or refer them to anyone!!!
