Adam Lages Been with these guys forever. What keeps me coming back are 2 things.1) they answer my call pretty much 24/7 2) A few years ago we had a small but scary fire of the deck/garage. The owner got to my home almost faster than I could get there from work! They just seem to care, you don’t get that from brokers usually. A+ guys!

I sure wish I would have made Oslund & Associates - American Family Insurance my first call as it would have saved me a lot of time. Eric Oslund was polite and didnt seem the least bit frustrated at my novice questions about the policy and terms I didnt understand. He emailed the quote to me so I could compare the rates using the Excel spreadsheet I had set up because thats just how I have to do things when it comes to numbers. I researched the company and between the great reviews, the excellent prices and Erics helpful attitude I decided this was by far, the best option for me. Highly recommended.

Kathee secor I recently sufferred a serious accident. My car was totaled. Everyone I worked with from Tim to corporate were so kind, encouraging and interested in me as a person. I reported the accident through corporate office as it occurred on a Sunday. Tim called the very next day to check on me. His office staff is very supportive.
