5 /5 Katy Zacharias: This insurance company is fantastic. It was so easy to sign up for insurance online, and within a day, Stacy Foxall was in touch with me and sending the paperwork I needed. They let me pay at a certain day every month. I could have gotten a discount had I have paid in full, but I couldnt at the time and the deposit was fair and the monthly payments were the lowest I could find. Great coverage, free roadside assistance and friendly people. I will always get my insurance from Allstate. Thanks everyone.

1 /5 Carlos Mendoza: Reps dont help or explain much to you when you contact them. Ive been trying to get answers on why my monthly premium went up by $50 a month and this Rep tells me its because I dont have my "Drivewise" set up, which doesnt explain anything.

1 /5 Mike Ellwood: Where to begin... I signed up with Allstate and Stacy Foxall for auto insurance. The price was decent and she asked about adding homeowners insurance. I informed her that I am not the legal owner of the house and that it is in my fathers name. Apparently she still enrolled me in a policy, even though I am not even the homeowner. This was a few months ago. Fast-forward to yesterday, and I receive a notification that a collection agency has reported a debt on my credit report. Turns out theyre trying to collect for the homeowners policy that I didnt even purchase. So now I have to deal with a collection agency and Allstate, to have this remove from my credit report.

5 /5 nicole atwater: I wish I would have switched years ago. Everybody has been so nice and helpful since the first time I called just to get quote and ask questions. House and car were $156 before $105 now with a little more coverage. Full coverage on car cut in half!
