1 /5 Tim Wolfe: this is from TAMI wolfe, not Tim Wolfe, had a very unpleasant phone call with one of the agents this morning in the Danville office, I let her know up front that I had a few questions on social security and the up coming medicare I will start to get this November, she somewhat answered me , but basically told me, dont you have the MEDICARE NUMBER? they are who you should be asking these questions to, she was very curt and made a very upsetting change in my life even worse

1 /5 Dennis Hopper: I called I sat on hold for a long long long long time then I got a guy on the phone that was more interested in treating me horribly he treated me like the Arabs do he was pushing me off the phone putting words in my mouth trying to create an issue that wasnt there he was completely evil I figured out why by time he answer the call it was 5 minutes till 4:00 they close at 4:00 so thats why he mistreated me and tried to rush me off the phone without helping me he was very smooth and trying to make it seem like it was me and my fault but in reality all I wanted to do was leave this is the type of person we dont need in public service

5 /5 Heather Simpson: I went there yesterday to change my name on my social security card. The gentleman at the door, was nice and friendly ... The lady who waited on me, was very friendly and joked around with me, as we were finishing my online application by adding my documents needed. I was worried at first with all the bad reviews but, I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Zero issues ..

1 /5 Angie Fenstermacher: Should be a zero rating on here. My parents were treated with absolute disrespect! It is your job to help people. The lady who didnt bother to actually help my parents at all actually laid her head on her desk because she didnt want to deal with my moms questions. It is your job and you should absolutely be fired. Disgusting behavior! Period!!!!!!!

1 /5 Maya Mullins: I just moved out here from Chicago and I never in my life experience the worst service in my life. It took them a whole month to get my daughter’s SSI back on and the lady at the front is very rude and unprofessional. And on top of that after a month of trying to get it turned on, they still did the paperwork wrong. And remind you in Chicago, they have way more people they have to deal with and here they get about three people in their office and still can’t do the job right. What makes even worse is that when I first came out here I told the lady how I’m homeless and I’ve been really needing to Daughter Social Security back on. The first time I came in, the lady told me to drop daughters paperwork In this dropbox that’s not even being watched and anyone can come in at anytime and take this paperwork.. I never received the call after dropping the paperwork I gave them a good week and no call. So when I did call them, they told me they never got my daughter’s paperwork. So unorganized so unprofessional if I can give them a negative -0 starts I would
