Sherry Savka I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. Ill be a little more aggressive and hopefully theyll return my call. If that doesnt work, Ill physically drive to their office and maybe Ill receive the answers I need. Not happy. Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.

Dave Sabathne Following an over 20% increase in 2022 and notice of a 35% increase in 2023 from another company, I reached out to Frank for a quote. Frank not only provided a quote the same day, but he also reviewed my coverage and made a recommendation that I jumped on. I increased my liability coverage, added an umbrella policy (1 million) and was still $700 less than what my renewal would have been with the other company for my Auto and Home coverage. Professional, competent and friendly...did I mention I also saved over $700. Call Frank!
