1 /5 Michael Richardson: They were great to work with for 2 years. Got married and attempted to work with them to combine car insurance, move our home owners, open a business policy with them, and they talked me into keeping my renters policy simply becuase the engagement ring was covered under that. I agreed thinking it would be a easy way to save some time and they would have everythign quoted and executed in a few weeks. Not counting the business policy, we were looking for roughly over a million in coverages. 12+ weeks go by and they could never even get me a quote. Multiple calls and it was apparent that they had not even looked at any of the information that I sent over to them. Tried to call again today, was on hold for 10 minutes, got disconnected, no call back, I called them back after waiting for a few, got put on hold again. No apologies, no reasoning, just "Okay" when I stated that I want to cancel everything that I currently have with them. It appears that they have enough business that they do not value the opportunity to provide existing customers growth and added policies.

The office does a great job of handling every request with thoroughness and efficiency. The agents have done a great job of individualizing my insurance options to fit my every need.
