1 /5 Michelle Smith: Called her THREE times, she didnt bother to get back to me on any of them. Jacked up house 350 for NO reason and the car another 30 bucks, NO REASON!! Oh, they just TOOK the money from escrow and didnt bother to tell us ahead of time! On the SAME month the car is due for almost 900.00!? RYFKM?? I know DAMN well MY wages didnt go up no 20-some %!? How do they get away with taking your money and not even bothering to TELL YOU?? Not at all confident Id get any help if theres a big problem, as theres a problem NOW and nothing is being done to help. Welp, back to another insurance I go!
