I always have a great communication with her specially when my vehicle was stolen last year in August she was able to help me on what to do and where to call was always there and cared thank you Laura for your amazing customer service thank you for being very respectful and such a caring person and of course very friendly thank you one again.

I was considering changing it because I didn’t have a great renewal experience last year but I decided to stay with them after all. This year I had my renewal again and Laura was very kind and helpful. She understood everything that I wanted and was very quick in responding. I decided to renew again and just because you have one bad experience doesn’t mean the whole establishment is the same. With agents like Laura working there I know she always treats her customers with kindness.
