My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. Wally reached out to me and offered to help me wade through it all, and he was determined to see it through to the end. Hard to find that kind of initiative and commitment to clients in the world we live in today. His kindness and commitment will never be forgotten. Scott Heiar Brad from Jenn Meremas State Farm office does a great job of taking care of my account. I added a Truck to my insurance package and it took one 5 minutes phone call. If Im ever late on a bill he calls and takes care of it over the phone. Excellent customer service from Brad!
