Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later. I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago.
