His office has always been very friendly, helpful and professional whenever I called or visited the office personally. Ive had several vehicle claims because of deer and raccoon damages and the claims were taken care of immediately as far as rentals and helping me find the best collision shops in Jacksonville. Jeremiah Banasiak I am a local contractor helping folks around here. Just had a very bad situation with "Paul" from Nationwide who is apparently an agent here. He illegally told the Homeowner I was dealing with to do nothing and to stop working with me so he could put the claim in. This is definitely illegal so I would not being doing business here if that is how they conduct themselves and their business. Completely unprofessional.
