I am always left astounded at the level of dedication, hard work, follow through and just simply being available...literally EVERYTIME I need something. Whether it has involved needing a copy of my current insurance card in a critical moment, providing direction for how to connect with Roadside Assistance, to dealing with storm damage, he is always there! When I have needed to contact him, he always answers his cell phone or calls me right back. He has been amazing with taking care of my every insurance need. I thank him for taking great care of my family and I! I have been so happy that Chris really just "gets it". I value great customer service and recommend him to anyone that may be looking to change insurance providers. Chris Irwin your level of quality work remains unprecedented. Thank you!

Dave Dammitt Edit to remove prior poor review regarding the inability to cash a mis-endorsed cashiers check.. Branch manager was responsive and polite, and gave me an option, which Ill decline to exercise. Still not a fan of the policy, but at least the cashiers check is no longer worthless.
