Jeff Hoogland Im grateful Jacob got me thinking about retirement planning when I otherwise wouldnt have, which is why Ive leaving 2 stars instead of 1. That being said his financial advice typically amounted to "give me as much money as you possibly can" without ever really helping us set clear goals. During the little less than a decade I had my money here it performed worse than it would have in a market wide ETF. This combined with Edward Jones higher than typical fee structure is why I ended up moving my money elsewhere.

kim l I love to call this office. The ladies are so friendly and helpful and always give personalized advice that would get you a better deal or price. Very good customer service.

Luke Caron I called them up looking for a lower rate on car, boat and renters insurance. They were not able to quote me a lower price but I was impressed with Ericka, she got me a quote, played with the numbers and helped me look at different polices to see if I can work with them. Unfortunately that was not the case but I wish they did because she was so friendly and informative! It was one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance agent on the phone!

Kinsey Hall Our agent was able to help get us better coverage at a much lower rate and was super timely and easy to work with. Much better experience than dealing with the larger companies we’ve worked with in the past.

Peter Bilotto I just want to thank the staff at Bank of Pontiac for going above and beyond to help me fix my account especially Morgan. She is very courteous and nice and stayed in contact with me every step of way. I also want to the thank Rhonda from piper city branch as well she was also a great help. Thank you guys
