1 /5 Dayana Peck: Unprofessional and Rude Staff – Avoid This Company I had a very disappointing experience with this loan company. The employee I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and outright rude. From the start, they were dismissive, impatient, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of helping me understand the terms, they rushed through everything and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification. Customer service is a key part of any financial transaction, and this company clearly doesnt care about how they treat people. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your loan needs.

1 /5 K H: Very disappointed in this establishment especially the person I spoke with her name was Rosie I asked her to take my application over the phone as I am a previous loan customer with them and had paid them off in full in 2023 so I have done business with them for years, just not at this establishment. I had gotten a letter from another branch that I worked with regarding a loan, so I called them and they told me to try my newest local branch so I did which is Galesburg. She, Rosie, never called me back like she claimed that she would when she was less busy I waited all week, and I needed that money to help my daughter with a dental emergency. I called twice never returned my call after I spoke with her which is very bad business!! Unprofessional to say the least!!!
