Angela Carlston I bought a house and only mildly lost my sanity thanks to Michael LaCava’s Team, legal wizards and part-time therapists. Buying a home sounded fun until I realized it involved more paperwork than a NASA launch and a glossary of terms I was pretty sure were made up. “Escrow”? “Title insurance”? “Easement rights”? Totally fine, definitely didn’t Google every single one at 1 a.m. Enter Michael LaCava who calmly and expertly walked us through every step, caught every little landmine buried in the fine print, and made sure we didn’t accidentally sign over our souls along with the property. He explained everything without sounding like a robot, responded to our 100+ mildly unhinged questions like it was totally normal, and even managed to smile at closing like he hadn’t already survived six deals that week. Special shout-out to his paralegal Jessica, who truly acted as our emotional support human. I’m not sure how many times she gently reassured us, chased paperwork, or told us “you’re actually doing fine,” but I’m pretty sure she deserves her own plaque… or a spa day. Long story short: I now own a house, no one cried (publicly), and I would 100% trust Michael and Jessica to guide me through this chaos again, though hopefully not for at least another 30 years.

Dain McDowell This man took my money and for a year and a half did nothing for my case besides waste my time. Would go weeks and sometimes months without responding to my emails/text messages. 2 days before my final hearing of my case he decided to withdraw and then blocked me from calling him. Refuses to give me any documents from my case of refund me my money. Now I’m forced to find another lawyer and pay yet another retainer fee and basically start my case all over. I don’t even know how this man has a license to practice law.

Michael Baxter I used this firm recently for a work comp case. I worked with Ms Jordan and was very happy with the whole process. I would recommend this firm to a friend or family member. I will explain why: I was given clear and realistic expectations from the first consolation. I was happy we with communication. Questions were answered in timely manner and I never got an overinflated promise. Truth is, I did not feel like one of many clients. Ms Jordan treated me with professionalism and kept me up to date on the whole process. I hope to never need this type of service again but if I do, it will be with Culley Feist Kuppart & Jordan.

I reached out for some advice and he took the time to give me a call back and help me with the questions I had. It really means a lot that he would go out of his way to call and help me with the questions even knowing I wasnt looking to hire a lawyer.
