5 /5 Levi Dark: Because no one reads 1 star reviews. I 100% DO NOT recommend this law office. They are very unprofessional. Done 75% of the research for her so we had something to stand on. Got one thing done and then decided she was done. Got charged for phone calls and emails that were never sent. Even got charged to let her go because she refused to touch the case after several weeks back and forth trying to contact them and get answers to make sure she was the lawyer I need. What a waste of money and time.

1 /5 wendi muehls: Why would Ms. Schnack take on the role of defense attorney for a murder case when she was the defendants divorce attorney as well? It seems pretty arrogant to assume that role. Her behavior on the 48 Hours episode was not flattering; she came off as unprofessional and seemed emotionally involved. I would never hire this attorney.

1 /5 Samantha Boehlein: I went to see Casey 10 years ago with a serious matter regarding my daughter’s safety, who was then 3 years old. After explaining the difficult situation I had been facing, Casey asked me if I was lying. Uhm EXCUSE ME??!!!! Mam I do not lie and if I wasn’t a naïve 24 years old, she would have canned after my first visit. I was told she was “the best” around and didn’t have a choice as I was not the one paying. “Best around” is a joke in itself!! Finally, she got mad at me when I settled in court due to “lack of evidence”. Sorry Mam but I had not fighting chance after those words came out of DCFS mouth to the judge. Her daddy might have been a “good lawyer” but she has ZERO common sense and to be completely honest, I’m not even sure how she passed her bar exam!! Run for the hills.

1 /5 Megan: Casey is unprofessional and extremely cold. Do not use her as your Guardian ad litem, because she clearly does not care about a child’s best interest, just about herself getting paid. Her mistakes are going to cost you a whole lot to get out of. I would not be surprised if the other party paid her off to make the report sway to their side. I wish i had a recording of our interview because the things she wrote in her report are complete lies, and some of the most bizarre things i’ve ever heard and would never say. Our whole interview she was rolling her eyes at everything i’d say and just scratching a few words on a piece of paper every once in a while. Do not give this woman your money, and from the looks of the other reviews just stay away from this whole office!

1 /5 Theresa Ludwig: I totally agree with all the negative comments. Casey is cold, just after the money and did nothing to prep me for being on the stand. Mine was a simple divorce, not a lot of money in the mix. I was being told I had nothing to worry about, I followed the instructions of her office throughout my ordeal. You were never in contact with Casey you dealt with secretaries who really knew nothing about the case. While on the stand being questioned by my exs attorney Casey was messing on her phone. I had to call her out if front of the judge and opposing attorney that I did what my attorney told me to do. The only thing Casey did, the only time she spoke while I was on the stand was she told the judge that " She was not the one on trial". The one star Im giving her is not because I didnt get what I was asking for but due to the lack of professionalism and the lack of involvement. Do not use this gal if you have never had the need for an attorney before because she will not be involved, she will not reassure you and she will not prep you for being on the stand.
