I was given clear and realistic expectations from the first consolation. I was happy we with communication. Questions were answered in timely manner and I never got an overinflated promise. Truth is, I did not feel like one of many clients. Ms Jordan treated me with professionalism and kept me up to date on the whole process. I hope to never need this type of service again but if I do, it will be with Culley Feist Kuppart & Jordan.
