Recently, I had an issue involving a claim, and brought it to the attention of the agent, Genaro Mendez. He returned my call immediately, but prior to calling me, he did internal research to ensure that he was prepared for my discussion. Highly recommended!

Edward Green Andrew Calloway is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve worked with him in the past and I was really impressed! I posted on Facebook that I was considering Root insurance and I had just completed my 3 week test drive and they quoted me $199 for full coverage on 3 vehicles. Andrew saw my post and commented he could beat there price. To be honest I didn’t believe him but Andrew not only offered me full coverage on 3 vehicles he added renters insurance also and I ONLY PAY $185 per month!!!! Andrew is Heaven sent and I would recommend him to everyone I know for their insurance needs! Andrew you the man and I greatly appreciate you! Keep up the great work!

Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
