1 /5 E H: Fun items. But terrible customer service. Its unfortunate. The amount of lovely items in that store is definitely overseen by terrible customer service. No greets, no hello, no nothing. Just eye contact and a turn away. If the customer service was on their A-game, this place would have gotten a 5 stars. But theres no amount of gems, thatll change that.. which takes away from the entire "vibe and energy" of positivity. I would pay hundreds of dollars for beautiful items, if the customer service was there. But Ill walk right out of I see otherwise. I will not give this place another chance unfortunately. Went with a girlfriend and we were not impressed by the customer service skills here

5 /5 Kat Froeber: This jewelry store is one of a kind. There are many different charms, jump rings, Swarovski Crystals, Pendant necklaces. Its un ique in that you can buy necklaces already made, but then they have the charms, jump rings etc...to make your own necklace. Also there are rings and other jewelry. Highly recommended when you visit Galena, Il.

5 /5 Allison K.: This is my favorite shop in downtown Galena. Very well organized and perfect for a jewelry wearer or maker (or both). The staff was friendly. I loved looking at the variety of natural stones. The next time I visit Galena, you best believe Im returning and making a bracelet from the bead bar! Update: I returned! Made myself a bracelet that will forever remind me of my time in Galena. There is a charm for everyone. Enamel, crystal, stone, gold and silver tone. The staff was just as friendly as last year. The woman customized my bracelet.

1 /5 EG Haus: Horrible attitude from girl at front counter. Came from out of town, third time visiting this store. Each time I go In, hoping the experience will be different, the girl in there is picky and choosy on who she talks to and greets. Not once out of my three visits has she greeted me ever. Im not going to try again. Rude and not friendly service at all, which is too bad because some of the items in there look nice. Not willing to take my business somewhere its not welcomed.

5 /5 Mallory Hanauer: This store has beautiful home decor and jewelry! Very good prices too! Great staff. Cant say enough about this store. My favorite on Main Street Galena!!!!!!!
