She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her job and the business of banking, I love how she gave my son a short financial literacy course in such a short period of time! She was on point and I plan on traveling to meet with her in the near future! Definitely a great branch worth the trip from Zion! Kathleen Kruse Everyone in the Freeport branches are always polite and very helpful. I appreciate their good customer service. I like to see familiar faces running good local businesses. The one negative experience I had at the Rockford branch was righted by those in Freeport. I felt valued as a customer again with their resolution.
